Loved the cool vibes and friendly staff - they dodged putting us next to the loud nightclub! 👍 The hotel's swanky design and central location were top-notch. While the room was tidy, it needed some fixing up; missing shower head, broken mirror, loose fixtures - kinda bummed me out.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers were fantastic. The hotel's location across from Chelsea Food Market was a highlight, and the pool, though limited in time, was enjoyable in the morning. The rooftop terrace, while nice, required some effort to access. Unfortunately, the lack of coffee facilities and inefficient staff were significant drawbacks.

The location of this hotel is fantastic if you're into nightlife. There are plenty of cool places nearby with great vibes. the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, especially Paul at the reception. the room was spacious and had a balcony where we could chill out. the cleanliness was top-notch, and the bed was so comfy - like sleeping on a cloud.

If I had to point out a few things, I'd say that the bathroom showers could use a bit of updating, and it would have been nice to have more shower products for couples. it did get a bit noisy due to the nightclub on the rooftop, but if you're a heavy sleeper or party-goer, it might not bother you as much.

The hotel had a great vibe and an unbeatable location in Chelsea. The rooms were nicely designed, and we enjoyed the view of the Empire State Building. The staff quickly resolved an issue with missing towels. However, the resort fee seemed unnecessary with closed facilities, limited services, and indifference from staff. Some minor issues included small rooms and difficult lighting controls. Despite this, the lounge was cozy and the DJ was a nice touch.

Everything was good, perfect location right off the subway, the staff were incredibly helpful. The room was cool and functional, had comfortable beds. It was cosy hotel and we had a very nice stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Dream Downtown! We were on a busy family trip and were a bit hesitant after reading mixed reviews, but Mallory and the team were incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing our concerns. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the facilities were top-notch. The location in Chelsea/Meatpacking district was perfect, with great restaurants and markets nearby. The pool was a highlight, especially for the kids, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

We had an incredible stay at this place! The hotel was located in a great neighborhood for NYC nightlife - it was just above the nightly entertainment and surrounded by the best restaurants and nightclubs. The staff was very helpful and answered every request with great care and eagerness. The service room service was quick, and the terrace was a perfect place to relax and enjoy our meals.

Dream offered a convenient location with free street parking on weekends. the ambiance, surrounding clubs, and eateries were enjoyable. Room amenities were modern and sophisticated, with a beautiful gallery and artistically designed spaces. the balcony was a great addition, and the shower had excellent water pressure.

We stayed at Dream Downtown three years ago and it was fantastic. on our recent visit, the hotel had changed its concept without any mention of it. It is now just another party hotel and has lost its magic.

From the moment we walked into Dream, we fell in love with the beautiful lobby filled with interesting people to watch. Lindsey made check-in super fast and easy, and she even gave us an amazing balcony room with stunning city views. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the rain shower head in the bathroom was fantastic - strong flow and a great experience. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the doormen who greeted us with smiles even in the cold weather, to Jennifer who made check-out quick and easy. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and even a cute coffee shop on the property. We also enjoyed observing some entertaining people at the popular club on the top floor.

My wife says that adding a few more family-friendly activities would have enhanced our stay even further.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber liebevoll gemacht, mit Obst und einer Auswahl an verpackten Lebensmitteln.

Bedauerlicherweise gab es kein WLAN im Hotel.

Snacks in the mini-bar had sensors, which automatically charged us, a tip to avoid unexpected bills. a great stay with excellent service.
